Safety Defect/Non Compliance Description and Safety Risk
The fault handling strategy of the Engine Control Module (ECM) or PCM software in the affected vehicles does not remove positive torque requests from the engine controller if the CAN-C bus stops communicating while the cruise control is requesting positive torque. If the CAN-C bus stops communicating the cruise control may maintain current vehicle speed or possibly accelerate. If the driver does not shift to neutral or apply the brakes to stop the vehicle this condition can cause a vehicle crash without warning.
Repair Description
Inspect the software level of the ECM/PCM and, if necessary, perform a software flash on the ECM/PCM of affected vehicles to improve the fault handling so that if the CAN-C bus does stop communicating any active torque requests will be cleared

Safety Defect/Non Compliance Description and Safety Risk
The front fuel tank strap frame T -Slot bracket on the above-mentioned vehicles may corrode permitting the front fuel tank strap to detach. With the front fuel tank strap detached, the rear strap primarily secures the fuel tank, however, the front of the fuel tank may be allowed to lower several inches. Detachment of the front fuel tank strap could potentially allow the front of the fuel tank to make contact with the ground, increasing the risk of a fuel leak. A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source could result in a fire.
Repair Description
FCA US will conduct a voluntary safety recall to install a fuel tank strap reinforcement bracket on all of the involved vehicles. If the fuel tank strap is found to be disconnected from the original frame bracket, the front and rear fuel tanks straps as well as the locking nuts, will be replaced.

Что-то мне подсказывает внутреннее чутье, что никто и делать это не будет )))))
Можно ради собственного любопытства позвонить в сервис где это сделают за спасибо, но уж что-то мне не вериться что прям халява... обычно приходится всеравно платить или за деталь или за работу... может быть я неправ?

не сомневайтесь. делают бесплатно. Переделывать только за свои дороже.
П.С. раз мне не сделали сход-развал после замены, не влезла мега. Раз Пимену напросились обновить прошивку и чуть нксделали кирпич из мозгов.
